Last updated: 9 Sep 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Frakta ("frakta", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information in connection with the frakta platform available at frakta.io (the "Platform") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). . By "Personal Information", we mean any information that, alone or in combination with other data, enables you to be directly or indirectly identified — for example your name, email address, wallet address, IP address, device ID, or other online identifier. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning given in the frakta Terms of Service (the "Terms"). For purposes of this Policy, "User," "you," and "your" mean any person who visits, registers for, accesses, or uses the Services. Please read this Policy carefully to understand what Personal Information we collect, how it is used, and how it may be shared.
